Angie was born and raised in Iron Mountain, Michigan. After attending Grand Valley State University and graduating with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Angie fell in love with the small town of Petoskey.
She enjoys the hospitality business and has been with Stafford’s since June 2000. Meeting new and different people everyday inspired her as are the relationships she has developed with clients and guests of the hotel.
Angie currently holds the position as Director of Sales and is responsible for executing weddings, groups, meetings, special events and more. She loves to plan, organize and share in the excitement and joy of special celebrations. And since she is so fond of food, creating the menu is her favorite part of the whole process!
She is a 2002 graduate of Leadership Little Traverse, is an active member of the Downtown Petoskey Events Committee and serves on the Steering Committee for the Petoskey Chamber of Commerce Connecting Women in Business Group. She is an active board member of Circle Michigan and the Petoskey Ski Team Boosters.
In her spare time, Angie enjoys traveling, camping, downhill skiing and spending time with her husband Matt and children, Cassidy and Cole at their Bernese Mountain Dog, Luca.
Xaina is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah and has lived in many different parts of the United States. She moved to the northern Michigan area in 2011 with over 2 decades of hospitality experience. She decided that the resort town of Petoskey supplies her with inspiration and now calls it home.
Xaina joined the Stafford’s Hospitality team in 2016. She has been involved with Front Desk management, Revenue & Distribution as well as Food & Beverage departments. Xaina joined the Sales Department full time in 2019.

In her spare time, Xaina enjoys visiting her daughter & extended family in Florida, theater, music, yoga and traveling anywhere.
Stacey was born and raised in Petoskey, Michigan. She attended North Central Michigan College in Petoskey and graduated with an Associates of Arts Degree in 1995 and then transferred to Central Michigan University where she Majored in English and Minored in Art.
After graduation from Central Michigan University in December of 1997, Stacey returned to her hometown of Petoskey, where she continued to work for a local resort, she had been employed by, since before leaving for Central Michigan University.
Stacey began working at Stafford’s Bay View Inn at the front desk in 2015, with 20 years of prior experience in hospitality. Within her first year, she was promoted to Front Desk Manager and was periodically helping with events and weddings. In 2018, she became Assistant Manager and Event Coordinator for the Inn. She is pleased that she will continue to be Assistant Manager for 2020, as well as being the new Sales Associate for Stafford’s Bay View Inn.
She thoroughly, enjoys maintaining high standards of service and guest relations. She delights in being able to make sure that every little detail is taken care of on the day of an event and or wedding, so that the guests and/or couple are able to completely enjoy their day with no worries. Her true love for Stafford’s Bay View Inn, its rich history, its magical ambiance and its charming character are the reasons she is thrilled to be able to provide clients with such a spectacular backdrop for weddings and events.
In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband, Keith, her son, Kristian and two Cavalier King Charles, Stitches and Wicket. Her passions are watching her son perform onstage and listening to him sing, reading, watching movies, listening to vintage records on her Victrola Record Player and antiquing.
Natalie was born and raised in North Aurora, Illinois. After working several different hospitality orientated jobs in the greater Chicago area, she decided that getting her hospitality degree was the way to go! She graduated from Ferris State University with her Bachelors of Science in Resort Management.
She studied abroad in Kleve, Germany for 5 months and got a new perspective on the world. She had her first internship at Boyne Mountain Resort and fell in love with northern Michigan. Post-graduation, she applied for a front desk internship at Stafford’s Perry Hotel. After finishing up her internship, she was hired on full-time and eventually full-time in the Group Sales Office. She loves forming relationships with clients, planning events and seeing an event come to life!
In her spare time, she enjoys hiking on all the trails northern Michigan has to offer, bike riding on Little Traverse Wheelway, skiing at Nubs Nob, traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
